If I were to talk to you, would you listen to me? Would you take the time and the trouble to understand my words? Or would my words be as easily forgotten as those you would read in a magazine? If you would say unto me, “yes, I would take the trouble to listen to your words”, then I would reply, “why should you take the trouble to listen to what I say, I who is a stranger to you, why should you take the trouble to listen and understand my words, when you ignore the words coming from you own self?”
Am I more worthy than you? Am I more believable? You should consider this friends, you should try to be more aware of your own self.
Who is there to teach the hermit living on his own in a lonely cave? Where does the words he hears come from? Who speaks them to him?
It is all too easy to ignore your spiritual self and rely heavily on words given unto you. This is not to say that our communications with yourselves have no merit, of course they do. They are one of the few truly “free gifts” that you will get during your material existence, they come to you with absolutely no strings attached. There is no small print for you to ponder over.
Equally, if you would but give yourself the chance, you could become at one with you own spiritual self; to become at one with that part of the creator that resides within you all.
By all means listen to what I say, I come to you in truth and in love. But do not listen to me to the detriment of your own spiritual self. There is equal merit in listening to both.
In your material life, you are conditioned into accepting that you are material first and foremost, and that there is nothing else. So it is so very easy to overlook the fact that you are part of the one consciousness that extends throughout all infinity. It is too easy to overlook that when you are hungry, or when you’re having to go to work, and you have so many other pressures upon you, it’s so easy then to overlook your spiritual self.
It is perhaps a paradox, that were more people to become more spiritually aware, then the more empty your churches would become. The reason is that they would have no need for the third party intervention. Of what use would these messages be to them? They would have found their own spiritual self.
Consider a group of tropical islands in the ocean, all protruding just a few feet above the water, all individual and separate islands. That is yourselves, you are all individual spirit beings, but if you were to look under the water, you would see how all the islands are connected, they are all part of the great land mass. So upon the surface, what looks individual is in truth part of the common whole.
As always friends, it is a pleasure to talk to you. I have to say that I am aware of illness on the part of loved ones connected with this group. I have to say that your prayers have been heard and will be answered. I offer you my blessings friends and those of the creator.
